This is a 60 minute personal session. It's custom for personal sessions to be either bi-weekly or monthly, depending upon need and preference. This is offered online or in person in the Pittsburgh, PA area.

Retreats- A variety of retreats are offered though the year - either a half day or weekend retreats. The cost will vary and will be posted here in advance.
Speaking or Partnerships
If you would like to schedule a time for Jenna to partner with your ministry or orgaization by teaching or leading an activity, please inquire. This can be about missions, emotional and spiritual health, rest, or a topic of your choosing. The cost will vary based on the size of gathering and length of time needed.

An Invitation to Rest, Listen, and Begin Again

Reflect & Renew is a day retreat created for anyone longing to slow down, breathe deeply, and spend unhurried time with God. Together, we will pause to notice where God has been present and speaking, and receive simple prayer rhythms to carry into the season ahead.
Through guided listening prayer, visio divina, quiet reflection, and spacious silence, this day offers room to be held by God—without pressure to perform, share, or arrive with answers.
This retreat is open to all. You do not need special experience, the right words, or a particular role. Come as you are, and allow yourself to rest beside still waters.

A Sacred Pause- Monthly Gathering
A Sacred Pause is a monthly gathering devoted to stillness, prayer, and holy listening. In a world filled with noise and urgency, this time offers space to slow down, breathe deeply, and attune our hearts to God’s presence. Together, we will enter a rhythm of silence, guided prayer, and quiet reflection—creating room to listen for God’s voice in gentle and meaningful ways.
A suggested donation of $25 helps support the gathering and the ongoing work of Green Pastures.
